If the item received does not meet your expectations, you have 14 calendar days from the time of delivery to notify us and proceed with any exchange or replacement. If, unfortunately, you have received a defective product, you have 24 hours from receipt to report the issue, whether due to production defects or damage during transport. Returns are only accepted with the original packaging. Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will verify its condition and process the replacement or refund within 2 to 8 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when we proceed with the new shipment or credit.
